UK – French road haulage and logistics group Norbert Dentressangle has cemented its fruitful relationship with Kellogg’s with the renewal of its contract for UK warehousing and contract packing operations. The new agreement builds on a five year relationship between the two companies, during which time Dentressangle claims the partnership has created significant value through the evolution of services, including the addition of a contract packing operation, reducing costs and creating a more integrated supply chain.

To serve Kellogg’s operation, Norbert Dentressangle operates 600,000 square feet of high bay, part-automated warehousing on Trafford Park in Manchester, incorporating a 15,000 square foot contract packing area. The operation handles over one million pallets and picks 10 million cases per year for Kellogg’s customers in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Kellogg’s European Distribution Director, Patrick McCooey said:

“We have absolute confidence in Norbert Dentressangle’s ability to provide the services we need today and to adapt and flex these services in line with our changing requirements - our renewed commitment to them is a reflection of this.”
