UK - OfficeTeam, one of the UK's leading office products and services company has selected the ATMS StockTrack PLUS warehouse management system for the group’s supply chain.
The ATMS system, which is designed to improve warehouse efficiency and stock accuracy with automated data capture and electronic communication of supply chain information, will initially be implemented at OfficeTeam’s Birmingham distribution centre, then expanded to include the company’s three other facilities around the UK.
Speaking of the decision to adopt the ATMS system Ian Robbins, Regional Distribution Centre Director at OfficeTeam, said that: “We are extremely pleased to be embarking on this crucial project with ATMS. It was easy to see from the outset that the ATMS system was extremely comprehensive and extensively configurable to meet ever evolving Office Team and customer demands and indeed met all our requirements ‘out of the box’.”
The new contract is the latest success for ATMS, which has seen it win orders from Domino Pizzas and H. Parkinson Haulage Ltd. recently, with ATMS’ Sales Director, Dave Hughes, stating that: “We are proud to have been selected and OfficeTeam join three other new customers within the past month alone to have recognised ATMS’ ability to deliver a premium yet highly competitive solution.”
