SWITZERLAND – First up in logistics staff appointments and departures this week comes the news that Jürgen Fitschen and Hans Lerch, whose mandates of service after eleven and fourteen years respectively as members of the Board of Directors of freight forwarder Kuehne + Nagel International, end with the Annual General Meeting on May 7, as they will not stand for re-election. 

David Kamenetzky, Chief Strategy & External Affairs Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Management of Anheuser-Busch Inbev, has been put forward to join the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International.

UK – Cubic Corporation has announced the promotion of Laurent Eskenazi to the role of managing director, EMEA for its Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) business division. Eskenazi will continue to work from Cubic's Redhill, UK office where he previously served as Deputy Managing Director of EMEA. Eskenazi will manage Cubic's teams in the UK, Germany and Sweden and is responsible for expanding Cubic's transportation business into regions outside of the UK. Eskenazi will report to Matt Cole, President of CTS.

MALAYSIA – Daniel Pohl has been named as the new Managing Director of Dachser Malaysia. He reports to Christophe Vincent, Managing Director Air & Sea Logistics Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia at Dachser.

CANADA – UPS has announced that Dominic Porporino has been appointed president of UPS Canada. Porporino returns to Canada from Brussels where he was working as vice president of operations in UPS's European headquarters.

CANADA – ParcelPal Technology has named Brian Storseth as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Storseth is a businessman and was a Member of Parliament (MP) for the electoral district of Westlock-St Paul for the Conservative Party of Canada for 9 years from 2006-2015. During his tenure as an MP he served on committees for Aboriginal Affairs, Agriculture and Agri-food Canada.

CANADA – LOGISTEC Corporation has named Rodney Corrigan as President of LOGISTEC Stevedoring, effective immediately. He will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer of LOGISTEC Corporation, Madeleine Paquin.

CANADA – Drone Delivery Canada (DDC) has announce the appointment of Kevin Sherkin to the Company's Board of Directors. Sherkin replaces Richard Buzbuzian on the Board of directors. Previously, Buzbuzian was also President of DDC and will assume the new role of Head of Capital Markets and will remain actively involved and be responsible for corporate finance matters, investor relations and day to day finance activities of the Corporation. Buzbuzian has also joined DDC's Advisory Board.

US – Sasser Family Holdings have announced Christa Steele and Sandra Wilson to the company's board of directors.

US – Acuity Link, a comprehensive non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) communications and logistics management platform provider, has announced that Mark Contardo has joined the company as the Vice President of Sales.

US – Boeing has named Anne Toulouse as Senior Vice President of Communications. Toulouse has served the role in an interim capacity since September 2018. Effective immediately, she continues in the role on a permanent basis, and will continue reporting to Boeing Chairman, President and CEO Dennis Muilenburg and serve on the company's Executive Council.
