DSV Finland Buys Out Wasa Logistics

FINLAND – Danish head-quartered logistics operator DSV has continued its expansion by just announcing that it has acquired a 100% of the shares in Finnish-based Wasa Logistics for an unspecified sum.

Wasa Logistics specialises in project transports and is one of the market leaders in Finland within this segment.

According to a statement from DSV the acquisition “…will considerably strengthen DSVs project activities in Finland.”

Last year Wasa Logistics reached revenues of approximately 15 million EUR and DSV confidently state that further revenue growth is expected in 2011.
