DB Schenker and Boeing Sign New Logistics Agreement

UK - US aircraft manufacturer Boeing and Schenker Limited, the UK arm of German logistics provider DB Schenker, have signed a ten-year contract extension which will see Schenker continue to manage Boeing’s parts distribution facility at London’s Heathrow airport.

The two companies have worked closely together for more twenty years, with Schenker Ltd. operating the centre on behalf of Boeing since the day it opened, managing the distribution of parts for all the aircraft manufacturer’s types to every region in the world.

Schenker Limited’s managing director, Jochen Mueller, said:

“We are proud and pleased to have once again proved our credentials to Boeing and that they have recommitted themselves to our specialist operation here in the UK.”
