Asian Freight Giant Expands Italian Capacity with Share Acquisition

ITALY – Kerry Logistics has acquired the majority stake of Tuvia Italia as part of its ongoing expansion in Europe. Milan based Tuvia manages over 25,000 square metres of logistics facilities in Italy and has substantial stakes in the country's intermodal freight market, as well as an Authorised Economic Operator (AEO), a certified International Air Transport Association (IATA) agent as well as a member of the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA) and certified as ISO 9001. Thomas Blank, Managing Director of Europe, Kerry Logistics, said:
