African Freight And Logistics Summit Speaker Announced

NIGERIA - The African Logistics Summit will be held in Abuja, Nigeria between the 10th and 12th March, which is endorsed by the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents and a number of African shipping associations, and supported by Pan African freight forwarding group, African Cargo and Logistics Alliance, will have Mr José M. Alcántara as this years guest speaker.

Mr Alcántara, an attorney in maritime law and maritime law adviser to the Spanish Government, is based in Madrid, and a member of a number of industry organisations and has a distinguished international record as a guest speaker, author, and lecturer in maritime law. Mr Alcántara will make two presentations including one entitled legal logistics in the supply chain.

Summit spokesperson, Mr Ukata Christian said that attendees at the Summit would gain an invaluable insight into maritime law, security, regulation and insurance issues that impact on the global business environment.
