TAIWAN – Weiss Röhlig, the cooperation between Austrian freight forwarding group Gebrüder Weiss and German based Röhlig Logistics, continues to cement its position in the local market here following the launch of its weekly container consolidation services to and from Western Europe. As part of Weiss Röhlig’s continuing quality improvement programme the company has now been awarded ISO 9001 certification for its Taiwan operations.
Auditor Bureau Veritas, certified processes at Weiss Röhlig’s Taiwan operations including international freight forwarding, sea/air import and export including canvassing cargo, booking, storage, transit, container loading and unloading, transport payment settlement, customs clearance, insurance broker services, short distance land transport and transportation consulting. Holger Stoelker, Managing Director, Weiss Röhlig Taiwan, commented:
“We are committed to offering our customers the same level of high service at all of our offices worldwide and the ISO 9001 certification is confirmation that we have achieved that benchmark.”
